Take the time to do your home work and pick subs that will work best with your personality and project needs!

listen to what your subs have to say, but don't lose sight of your dreams or ideas.  sometimes it is in the best interest of the project to do what the subs suggest, but sometimes you must stand your ground and say no.

 i have been very fortunate in that, I've had subs that have a good idea of what i want and are truly dedicated to US and OUR project!
